Total Program Cost
The total cost of the 4 week program is $6,940.90. This includes:
- Program Fee: $6,599
- University Fees: $341.90
- Total: $6,940.90
All students must submit a $500 deposit through ULINK directly after applying. The deposit is put towards the total program cost.
Application and Deposit Deadlines
- Initial Deadline: December 16, 2026
- Late Fee: A $100 late fee is added for deposits made after December 16, 2026

What does the Program Include?
The program fee covers all academic and housing fees, and several other experiences.
Academics
- 3 classes worth 9 credit hours.
Housing
- Four weeks of housing within the Florence City center.
- Fully furnished apartment with roommates (could be single bedroom).
Experiences
- Field Trips though the Tuscany Region
- Transportation to and from Rome and Lodging
- Admission to Florence’s state museums including:
- Uffizi Gallery
- Pitti Palace
- Accademia Gallery
- Access to historical places and churches across the city
Additional Cost
Meals
Students are responsible for their own meals during the program.
Airfare
Students are responsible for booking their own flight.
Group flight is offered for $1,855. Transportation to and from the airport is included.
